Early Steps is Florida's early intervention system that offers services to eligible infants and toddlers (birth to thirty-six months) with significant delays or a condition likely to result in a developmental delay. Early Intervention is provided to support families and caregivers in developing the competence and confidence to help their child learn and develop.

The Scott Center for Autism Treatment specializes in working with children with autism and other related disorders by implementing procedures based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis. We have experts in the areas of the assessment and treatment of challenging behaviors, early intervention, intensive toilet training, pediatric feeding, and parent and teacher training.
Early Learning Coalition of Brevard/Subsidized Chilcare up to age 5
The Early Learning Coalition of Brevard County administers the School Readiness Child Care Programs. The following are some of the services provided through the School Readiness Programs: developmental and growth screening, implementation of individual educational plans, coordination of referral services, education on life style factors, transition to kindergarten, parent education, community needs assessment, accessing community resources for health and nutrition, technical assistance to parents and providers, staff education, classroom education, and mentoring business partners.
FREE Screening Services - Children ages 0-5 may be referred to Child Find by a parent, physician, school or agency who may perceive a delay in the child's development. Your child may need a screening if you are concerned about any of the following areas: speaking, understanding or using words, moving or playing, getting along with other children, learning and paying attention, and seeing or hearing.
